The Alabama Department of Industrial Relations ("the Department") appeals from a judgment of the Mobile Circuit Court ("the trial court") in so far as it sets aside the Department's order requiring Tonya Frazier to reimburse the Department for an overpayment of employment compensation. We reverse and remand.
