John Earl Brandon ("the father") petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court to transfer the portion of this custody-modification action filed by Carolyn Anne Brandon ("the mother") involving the parties' minor son to the Pickens Circuit Court.
