PER CURIAM.

J.L.L. III and T.L.O.L., respectively the uncle and the aunt of D.R.O., a minor child ("the child"), appeal from a judgment of the St. Clair Juvenile Court dismissing their adoption action as to the child for lack of jurisdiction.

The child is a resident of the State of Washington. The child was adjudicated dependent in October 2010, shortly after she was born, and, since that time, she has been in the legal custody of the State of Washington....
