Fred Griffith appealed from a judgment awarding G.A.K.E., Inc., damages for breach of a commercial-lease agreement and a guaranty agreement, an attorney fee, and court costs. The appeal was transferred to this court pursuant to § 12-2-7(6), Ala.Code 1975. We dismiss the appeal as having been untimely filed.
