Nathaniel Bradley appeals from a judgment of the Escambia Circuit Court in favor of Matthew Bauldree.

At some time in late 2005 or early 2006, the parties entered into an agreement in which Bradley agreed to sell Bauldree and his wife, Christie Bauldree, two acres of land ("the property") in Escambia County for $15,000.
