PER CURIAM.

Richard L. Bolden appeals from a judgment ordering the forfeiture of $8,265. We reverse and remand.

On October 17, 2010, Dothan Police Officer Will Kaufman observed Bolden driving an automobile. Because Officer Kaufman knew that Bolden did not have a valid driver's license and that Bolden had outstanding arrest warrants, Officer Kaufman stopped Bolden's automobile.
