Bella Investments, Inc. ("Bella"), appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court ("the trial court") in favor of Multi Family Services, Inc. ("MFS"), on Bella's claims against MFS. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions.
