THOMAS, Judge.

Anthony McCaskill ("the husband") appeals from a judgment of the Mobile Circuit Court divorcing him from Sylvia McCaskill ("the wife") and dividing the marital property between the parties. The wife cross-appeals from the trial court's judgment. With respect to the appeal, we affirm. With respect to the cross-appeal, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions.
