Frederick ("the former husband") appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court ("the trial court") finding that Shelia Frederick ("the former wife") was not in contempt and ordering the former husband to pay the former wife $3,220 as attorney fees. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
