Richard Lewis Nelms ("the husband") appeals from the judgment of the Chilton Circuit Court divorcing him from Debra Ann Nelms ("the wife"). The judgment divided the parties' marital property, ordered the husband to pay the wife $900 a month in periodic alimony, and ordered the husband to pay the wife $3,208 for her attorney fee and court costs in this action.
