ATI Alldyne ("ATI") appeals from a judgment of the Madison Circuit Court ("the trial court"), in an action stemming from the death of its employee, Gary Wiseheart, in which it awarded workers' compensation death benefits and the cost of funeral expenses to Wiseheart's wife, Jean Wiseheart ("the widow"). We affirm the trial court's judgment.
