Patrick Alfred Carney ("the former husband") appeals from the Etowah Circuit Court's order denying his Rule 60(b), Ala. R. Civ. P., motion to set aside its judgment divorcing the former husband and Vivia S. Carney ("the former wife") and dividing the parties' marital assets. We affirm.
