Everest National Insurance Company ("Everest") petitions this court for a writ of mandamus directing the Jefferson Circuit Court to set aside its order granting Ronald Gray's motion to compel Everest to provide a panel of four physicians pursuant to § 25-5-77(a), Ala.Code.1975.
