In 1999, Leah Mitchell purchased a manufactured home. She financed that purchase and executed a Manufactured Home Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement ("the installment contract"). Green Tree — AL LLC ("Green Tree") was later assigned the installment contract, under which it was granted the right to repossess the manufactured home upon any default on the installment contract.
