Younus Ismail, M.D., petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to vacate its February 11, 2011, order denying his motion for a summary judgment1 as to claims the plaintiffs, Randy Paradise and Joy Paradise, filed against him and to enter a summary judgment in his favor.
