Thomasville Feed & Seed, Inc. ("Thomasville Feed"), petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Wilcox Circuit Court to transfer the action filed against it by Roy Saulsberry and Roy Saulsberry, Jr. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Saulsberry"), to the Clarke Circuit Court. For the reasons stated herein, we grant the petition and issue the writ.
