Virginia Louise McClung ("Virginia") appeals the judgment entered by the Morgan Circuit Court reforming a January 1979 deed that conveyed a remainder interest in 12 acres of land to her and her brother, Charles Green ("Charles"), who is now deceased, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship to instead convey a remainder interest in that property to them as tenants in common.
