Leonard Jerome Black, Jr., appeals his conviction for trafficking in cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-231(2), Ala.Code 1975, and his resulting sentence of 15 years in prison, which the trial court split, ordering him to serve 3 years in confinement with the balance suspended pending his good behavior for 5 years. The trial court also conditioned the suspension of the balance of the sentence on Black's paying a $50,000 fine, $50 to the victims compensation...
