Alvin Lamar Worthy pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana in violation of § 13A-12-231, Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment and was ordered to pay a $25,000 fine, a $2,000 drug-demand-reduction assessment, a $100 forensic-trust assessment, a $50 crime victims compensation assessment, and court costs.
