Forney L. McMichael appeals from an order of the Talladega Circuit Court finding him in contempt. We affirm.

In Ex parte McMichael, 62 So.3d 465, 466-70 (Ala.2010), the supreme court recited the factual and procedural background of this appeal:

"On August 14, 2009, Forney McMichael filed in the Calhoun Circuit Court a complaint for a divorce, seeking to terminate his marriage to Ronda McMichael...
