Stuart C. Dubose ("the husband") appeals from an order of the Clarke Circuit Court divorcing him from Allison T. Dubose ("the wife"). For the reasons stated herein, we conclude that the trial court's order is not final, and, as a result, we are required to dismiss the appeal.
