Forrest McCaughn appeals from the circuit court's summary judgments in favor of the Alabama State Board for Registration of Architects ("the Board") and the National Council of Architectural Registration ("NCARB"). We dismiss the appeal in part and affirm the summary judgment in favor of NCARB.
