Jeanette C. Oliver and Geraldine C. Stephens, nieces of Annie Ruth Ford Wilson ("the nieces"), appeal from a final judgment dismissing their appeal to the Tallapoosa Circuit Court from an order of the Tallapoosa Probate Court directing the sale of certain real property for the payment of debts incurred by Wilson's estate. We dismiss the appeal with instructions.
