Carl Donnell Moore was convicted of trafficking in a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-231(2), Ala.Code 1975, and was convicted of distributing a controlled substance, having sold a controlled substance within a three-mile radius of a school and a housing project, violations of §§ 13A-12-211, 13A-12-250, and 13A-12-270, Ala.Code 1975. However, after remand by this Court, the trial court set aside Moore's trafficking conviction...
