Nue Cheer Franklin, the plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment entered by the Montgomery Circuit Court ("the circuit court") dismissing civil action no. CV-09-30 due to lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. We dismiss the appeal in part and affirm in part.
