T.A.P. was adjudicated delinquent, pursuant to a plea of true to the delinquency petition, in the Jefferson Juvenile Court for possession of a controlled substance, specifically heroin, a violation of § 13A-12-212(a)(1), Ala.Code 1975. He was committed to the Alabama Department of Youth Services.
