LYONS, Justice.

Geico Casualty Company ("Geico"), one of the defendants in an action arising out of a vehicular accident, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus requesting that this Court direct the trial court to vacate its order granting the plaintiff's motion to set aside a previous order that granted Geico's motion to "opt out" of these proceedings. We grant the petition and issue the writ.
