MOORE, Judge.
Natasha Dunn Claybrook ("the wife") appeals from the denial of her postjudgment motion, filed pursuant to Rule 59, Ala. R. Civ. P., seeking to alter, amend, or vacate the judgment of the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court ("the trial court"), in which the trial court divorced the wife from Byron K. Claybrook ("the husband") and incorporated the parties' stipulated settlement agreement. We reverse.
