Wesley Little was convicted of possession of a firearm after it has been altered in violation of § 13A-11-64, Ala.Code 1975. The trial court sentenced Little to a term of seven years' imprisonment and ordered Little to pay a $500 fine and a $250 assessment to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund...
