James R. Blackston appeals from a judgment of the Walker Circuit Court that dismissed his appeal to that court from the decision of the Walker County Board of Equalization ("the Board") denying Blackston an opportunity to protest the Board's 2008 valuation of certain real property Blackston owned. We reverse and remand.
