Shelby Myers Hurd pleaded guilty to one count of reckless endangerment, a violation of § 13A-6-24, Ala.Code 1975, and one count of misdemeanor driving under the influence, a violation of § 32-5A-191, Ala.Code 1975, all arising out of an automobile accident in which the passenger in his vehicle, Brandy Tingle, was injured.
