Horace Dale Hogue, Hallie Hogue, Lavona Elliott, Teresa Hogue, Lisa Franklin, Ricky Hogue, and Nicole Franklin, by and through her next friend, Lisa Franklin (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the plaintiffs"), appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court in favor of Logan's Roadhouse, Inc.
