Nicholas Kish petitions this court for a writ of mandamus directing the Jefferson Circuit Court to grant his motion to compel TruGreen Limited Partnership ("TruGreen") to provide him with a panel of four surgeons, pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 25-5-77(a). We grant the petition and issue the writ.
