Keebrey Jackson appeals from his conviction for manslaughter, a violation of § 13A-6-3, Ala.Code 1975, and his sentence of 145 months' imprisonment, which sentence was split so that Jackson was ordered to serve 33 months in prison followed by 5 years on supervised probation.
