In an unpublished memorandum issued on May 30, 2008, this Court affirmed the circuit court's judgment in this case, holding that Hill had not preserved his challenge to the revocation proceedings and that, even had his challenge been preserved, he was not entitled to any relief on his claim that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
