KELLUM, Judge.

Glenda LaFaye Jones was indicted for first-degree theft, a violation of § 13A-8-3, Ala.Code 1975. The trial court dismissed the indictment on the grounds that Jones was denied her constitutional right to a speedy trial. Pursuant to Rule 15.7, Ala. R.Crim. P., the State appeals the trial court's judgment dismissing Jones indictment.
