("Paramount"), appeals from a judgment dismissing its claims against Hometown Realty, LLC; Wayne Gentry Builder, Inc.; Michael Allen Homes, Inc.; Polo Construction Co., LLC; Allin & Associates, LLC; Chris Jordan; William A. Cleveland; and Cleveland Brothers, Inc. We reverse and remand the trial court's judgment.
