PER CURIAM.
Donderrious Williams was convicted of capital murder, as that offense is defined in § 13A-5-40(a)(17), Ala.Code 1975, and was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed Williams's conviction and sentence in an unpublished memorandum. Williams v. State (No. CR-07-0456, June 13, 2008),
