Saad ("Greg Saad") ordering certain injunctive relief in the form of specific performance. Jurisdiction over the appeal is appropriate pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1), Ala. R.App. P., which provides for appeals from interlocutory orders granting injunctive relief.
