Roger Phillips and Annette Phillips appeal from a judgment entered against them in an action they instituted against the Water Works and Sewer Board of the Town of Ariton ("the Board"), alleging that the Board "improperly allowed third parties to use an easement that the Phillips[es] [had] deeded to the Board."
