Rosemary Posey Brown ("the wife") petitioned this Court for a writ of certiorari after the Court of Civil Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part a judgment divorcing her from James Earl Brown ("the husband"). We granted certiorari review to determine whether the Court of Civil Appeals erred in affirming that part of the divorce judgment holding that the parties' antenuptial agreement was valid and enforceable.
