Gweneth Powers and Anthony Powers ("the Powerses") appeal from the circuit court's summary denial of their Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., petition. The petition challenged their December 6, 2005, convictions for first-degree theft of property and their sentence of 25 years' imprisonment.
