Pursuant to Rule 15.7, Ala. R.Crim. P., the State appeals the pretrial order of the trial court dismissing the indictment charging Thelma E. Toole with obstructing justice by using a false identity, in violation of § 13A-8-194, Ala.Code 1975. On February 9, 2008, Thelma Toole was the passenger in an automobile pulled over by the police.
