KELLUM, Judge.

The appellant, Michael James Reeves, entered a guilty plea and was convicted of one count of receiving stolen property in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-17, Ala.Code 1975. The court sentenced Reeves to three years' imprisonment; that sentence was suspended, and Reeves was sentenced to two years' supervised probation. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, a $100 assessment to the crime victims compensation fund, $33,000 in restitution...
