On November 19, 2007, the Baldwin Circuit Court divorced the parties on the ground of the husband's adultery. The court awarded the wife sole physical custody of the parties' three children; granted the husband visitation rights; ordered the husband to pay $3,000 per month in child support; divided the parties' marital assets...
