In June 2004, Sheryl Diller entered into a lease agreement with Eagles Landing IV, Ltd., to lease an apartment. The lease agreement included two provisions related to arbitration. One indicated that the parties agreed "that any tort or other claim arising from [Diller]'s residence in the [apartment] may be submitted to arbitration," and the other provided that "[e]ither party may submit any dispute relating to [the lease agreement] to arbitration...
