Lovorice Quindale Andrews was indicted on two counts of robbery in the first degree, violations of § 13A-8-41, Ala.Code 1975. After initially entering not-guilty pleas to both charges, Andrews entered into an agreement with the Coffee County District Attorney's Office as to one of the robbery counts, pursuant to which he would plead guilty to one count of first-degree assault, a violation of § 13A...
