Alfred Douglas Hammock, as executor of the estate of Annie L. Moncus, deceased, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., and Merissa Lashaun Ransom. We dismiss the appeal.
