PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Joseph Lee Lewis, was convicted of attempting to murder Leon Dunklin, a violation of §§ 13A-6-2 and 13A-4-2, Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to 98 years and 1 day in the state penitentiary.
