This appeal arises out of a motor-vehicle accident that occurred in Morgan County involving a vehicle operated by Evelyn Van Voorst and one operated by Diane M. Hyde. A parked vehicle belonging to Federal Express Corporation ("FedEx"), was also allegedly involved in the accident.
